Notice is hereby given that the undersigned intends to sell the personal property described below, pursuant to the provisions of the California Self Storage Facilities Act, Business and Professions Code Section 21700 et seg. On Tuesday, the 6th day of August 2024, at 11:00am, the undersigned will sell the contents of liened stored units by public sale by competitive bidding, the auction will occur online at www.StorageTreasures.com. Said property is stored at AMERICAN RIVER SELF STORAGE, 2935 Ramona Avenue, Sacramento, County of Sacramento, State of California.
